With retail bays ranging from 200 to 500 sq ft and pop up events being planned, the Blue Building has retail opportunities for those selling art, handmade goods, or locally produced food. If you want to be in the building to sell your product or work, click here to let us know.

We have various opportunities for performers. A "Blue Box" theatre is flexible space that can fit up to ~250 people and can be configured to hit a variety of vibes. A common room provides a casual environment. A rooftop patio and brewhouse seating provide unique venues for intimate performances. Culinary artists and food producers are a critical part of the Blue Building. We have a commercial kitchen available for rent. You can use it to produce for off-site sales. Or if you are a Chef that wants to put on an event, our kitchen and banquet space are a perfect place to show off your craft. Click here to let us know if you are interested.

Plan your event in Grande Prairie’s newest venue! We have a black box theatre (that can do banquets), rooftop patio, and intimate private rooms of various sizes. We also have a kitchen where you can provide your own caterer or use ours. A formal Venue Catalogue will be published soon. In the meantime, email bluebuildinggp@gmail.com to get more information. We are starting to book events from July 1 and onward.

There is un-used shop space in the Blue Building. One possibility: this could get developed into studio space. If you are an artist looking to create a space to make your work: please let us know!
