Blue Box
The Blue Box is our largest and most versatile event space. With flexible layouts, private access, and dedicated washrooms, it can easily transform to suit a wide variety of events.
Whether you’re planning a wedding reception, concert, theatre performance, workshop, conference, fundraiser, community gathering, or private celebration, the space can be configured to fit your needs. Its open layout makes it equally comfortable hosting an intimate gathering or a full-capacity event.
Capacity based on setup:
- 125 seated at tables
- 180 seated theatre style
- 250 standing reception or concert
Patio
Featuring Grande Prairie’s only rooftop patio and a connected four-season lower patio, this flexible two-level space is well suited for celebrations, meetings, workshops, private dinners, and social gatherings.
The upper level includes an outdoor rooftop deck, while the enclosed lower level features overhead doors that can open to the outdoors. Reserve either level individually or book both spaces for a larger event.

Community Kitchen
Our fully equipped commercial kitchen is designed for culinary creators, food producers, and community events. Use the space to prepare products for your business, develop new recipes, host a cooking class or workshop, or support catering for an event at The Blue Building.

Back Bar
The Back Bar is a warm, intimate space designed for smaller gatherings. Set apart from the activity of the main building, it is well suited for private tastings, team meetings, networking events, acoustic performances, and relaxed social gatherings.
